Acupuncture

Precision needle
therapy.

The cornerstone of Chinese medicine — ultra-fine needles at specific points to restore Qi flow, calm the nervous system, and activate your body's own healing response.

Acupuncture places ultra-fine, sterile needles at specific points along the body's meridian pathways to restore the flow of Qi (vital energy). Where Qi is blocked or deficient, the body falls out of balance — pain, dysfunction, and illness follow. By restoring flow, acupuncture activates the body's own healing intelligence.

Modern research confirms what practitioners have known for millennia: acupuncture stimulates the release of endorphins and serotonin, modulates the autonomic nervous system, reduces systemic inflammation, and promotes tissue repair. Each treatment is customized to your specific pattern — not a protocol.

Most patients experience a deep sense of relaxation during treatment, and many fall asleep. After the session, you may feel calm and clear-headed, or pleasantly tired. These are all normal responses as your system recalibrates.

Common Questions
Does acupuncture hurt?
The needles are about the diameter of a human hair — far thinner than a hypodermic needle. Most patients feel a brief sensation of arrival (tingling, warmth, or a dull ache) at the point, which is the Qi responding. Many patients find treatment deeply relaxing.
How many sessions will I need?
Acute conditions often respond within 3–6 sessions. Chronic conditions that have developed over months or years typically require 8–12 sessions to fully shift. We'll give you an honest assessment after your first visit.
What should I do before and after treatment?
Eat a light meal 1–2 hours before. Avoid alcohol the day of treatment. After your session, rest if you can, drink plenty of water, and avoid strenuous exercise for a few hours.
